This Privacy Policy describes how VooDoo Ventures LLC (“Catalyst,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit gotcatalyst.com (the “Site”), apply to work with us, subscribe to our communications, book a call, or otherwise interact with us. It also covers our internal QuickBooks Online integration used for our own bookkeeping.

Information we collect

Information you provide.

  • Applications and inquiries: your name, email, company, role, company size, what you are looking for, and your description of your GTM challenge.
  • Subscriptions and downloads: your email and any details you submit when you join our newsletter or download a gated report or guide.
  • Scheduling: when you book a call, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and booking details.

Information collected automatically.

  • Usage data: pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and similar analytics, collected through privacy-friendly tools. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
  • Server logs, for security and reliability.

How we use information

  • Respond to applications and inquiries and provide our services.
  • Send newsletters, reports, and marketing you have requested, which you can opt out of at any time.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, including:

  • Attio (CRM)
  • Beehiiv (newsletter)
  • Cal.com (scheduling)
  • Vercel (hosting and analytics)
  • Sanity (content management)

We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand site usage in aggregate. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Any strictly necessary cookies are used only to operate the Site.

Your choices and rights

  • Marketing opt-out: unsubscribe via the link in any email.
  • EEA and UK (GDPR): our legal bases are your consent (marketing), our legitimate interests (operating and improving the Site and responding to inquiries), and performance of a contract. You have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
  • California (CCPA/CPRA): you may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, and you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Security

We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Site from outside the US, you understand that your information is transferred to and processed in the US.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Internal QuickBooks Online integration

Separately from the Site, we operate an internal integration with QuickBooks Online used only for our own bookkeeping. It accesses our own company’s accounting data through Intuit’s API, is used solely to review and categorize our own records, and that data is not sold or shared with third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the integration. Our use of Intuit data complies with Intuit’s developer requirements, and we do not use it to build or train external products.

We may update this policy. Material changes are indicated by the “Last updated” date above.
